The AI Portrait Master: HONOR 200 Series launching in July

Celltron Nepal, the authorized distributor of HONOR for Nepal is on the line of launching all new smartphones. And following its own trend, it has announced the launch of its new model: HONOR 200 Series. Including HONOR 200 and HONOR 200 Pro, these successor of previous HONOR 90 series are believed to be more upgraded with more AI features. Tagline “The AI Portrait Master” HONOR 200 Series have collaborated with most expensive studio named Harcourt Studio to let people experience the premium portrait shoot. This latest phone features the latest Snapdragon chip with a telephoto camera. In this article, we’ll walk through the specs, features, and expected price in Nepal of the HONOR 200 and HONOR 200 Pro as it is soon to be launched in Nepal in Mid-July.

AI Portrait Photography

HONOR 200 Series has collaborated with Harcourt Studio, the most expensive and timeless studio of Paris, costing 2000 Euro for one photoshoot. With this collaboration, HONOR will be able to provide the best AI Portrait along with three Harcourt Portrait Mode.

Along with that the HONOR 200 Series has 50MP Portrait Main Camera, equipped with advanced hardware and AI-powered software, captures stunning images in any lighting condition. With a Super Dynamic H9000 Sensor and 4-in-1 pixel binning technology, even low-light scenarios reveal intricate details. Additionally, the 50MP Portrait Telephoto Camera, powered by a customized Sony sensor, ensures clear and detailed shots of distant subjects. In the front we can get 50MP Selfie Camera.

 Battery and Charging

The HONOR 200 and 200 Pro is packed with a large 5200mAh Silicon-carbon battery that enables up to 61 hours of continuous music streaming on a single charge. Both supports 100 W charging and 200 Pro also supports 66W wireless charging as well.

Performance

Equipped with the robust Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, the HONOR 200 Pro achieves a CPU clock speed of up to 3GHz, guaranteeing seamless graphics rendering and real-time responsiveness. HONOR 200 Pro will be the first smartphone in Nepal to be run on Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 and comes with (12+512) GB Variant in Nepal.

HONOR 200 is equipped with Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 and comes with two variants: (12+256)GB and (12+512) GB Variant.

Eye Comfort Display

 The HONOR 200 Series prioritizes user comfort with features like 3840Hz Risk-free Dimming, TÜV Rheinland certifications, Natural Tone 2.0, and AI Circadian Night Display for optimized screen temperature. Adaptive Dimming adjusts brightness based on surroundings and usage. Plus, its 1.5K Quad-curved Floating Display with peak HDR brightness of 4000 nits ensures visibility in any scenario, even direct sunlight.

Magic Upgrades

Featuring Magic OS 8.0, both models offer an intelligent user experience enriched with a range of AI-powered smart functionalities. Magic OS 8.0 also offers flagship features such as Magic Portal, Magic Capsule and Magic Ring on the HONOR 200 Series that streamline user digital interactions. Apart from that they support OIS and stereo speaker which are the good improvement than its predecessor.

 Pricing and Availability

Showcasing an elegant design inspired by nature, the HONOR 200 Pro will be available in two colorways: Ocean Cyan and Black, while the HONOR 200 will be available in Moonlight White and Black.

Though the date is not confirmed yet, HONOR 200 Series is believed to be launched in second week of July with the launching event where price and pre-booking offers will be revealed. This  will be available for purchase via offline retail stores and online platform like Daraz and HUKUT.
