Kathmandu : Shangrila International Freight Pvt. Ltd. (SIFL), which is Nepal’s exclusive agent for DSV, a leading global provider of international freight forwarding and logistics solutions, and Upaya City Cargo Pvt. Ltd. (UPAYA), Nepal’s trusted tech based last-mile and domestic delivery service provider, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic partnership aimed at offering seamless logistics services both within Nepal and globally.
This partnership marks a significant milestone in the Nepali logistics landscape, combining SIFL’s global freight strength, powered by its exclusive collaboration with DSV, and UPAYA’s robust domestic network. Under the agreement, UPAYA will manage all Nepal-bound deliveries, last-mile
fulfillment, and local warehousing, while SIFL will handle international freight forwarding, customs facilitation, and global logistics coordination.
