Its portfolio today includes automotive trading—covering passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and auto components—alongside consumer electronics, manufacturing businesses specializing in steel, paper, plastic, and confectionery products. Throughout the past five decades, Laxmi Group has played a meaningful role in the country’s economic development and currently provides employment to more than 2,000 individuals.
To commemorate this significant milestone, Laxmi Group continued its long-standing commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) by carrying out several community-oriented initiatives. These programs, aimed at giving back to the communities that have supported the Group’s growth over the years, included a blood donation drive. The initiative underscored Laxmi Group’s dedication to advancing health and well-being within the community.
In addition, Laxmi Intercontinental extended its support to the Self-Help Group for Cerebral Palsy in Dhapakhel through the donation of stationery and essential supplies, further reflecting the Group’s strong focus on social welfare and inclusivity. Hyundai Kathmandu, an important member of the Laxmi Group, also organized a cleanliness drive in the vicinity of the historic Bhatbhateni Temple in Naxal, showcasing the Group’s continued commitment to environmental responsibility and heritage preservation.
