Laxmi Sunrise Capital (LS Capital) Ltd. has been appointed as the designated issue manager entrusted with overseeing the forthcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO) issuance of Moonlight Hydropower Company Limited with the issue size of 17,610,050 units. In connection with this pivotal role, a formal agreement has been successfully penned down between the CEO of LS Capital – Mr. Bijaya Lal Shrestha, and the CEO of Moonlight Hydropower Company Limited- Mr. Ananta Karki. This strategic collaboration marks a significant step towards the efficient execution of the IPO issuance process and underscores the commitment of both entities to ensure the successful outcome of this financial endeavor.
Moonlight Hydropower Company Limited is developing Balephi A Hydropower project with the installed capacity of 22.14 Mega Watt and has completed 70% of the projects construction work.
