Kathmandu : WorldLink Communications is going to partner as an ISP Partner in the second edition of Nepal Business Summit 2025. Chairman Dileep Agrawal and Executive Chairperson Bishal Gaire signed a memorandum of understanding on Friday regarding the partnership in the Summit to be organized in Kathmandu on April 20, 2025.
The Summit, which will be organized by the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC), Nepal Business Institute (NBI), various ministries and local levels, the private sector and international partner agencies, will partner in the Summit.
Dileep Agrawal, Chairman of WorldLink Communications said that the government should prioritize the development of startups, innovation, and information and technology. He said that such a Summit organized at the national level would help facilitate the government’s policy formulation and create a private sector-friendly environment.
Similarly, Bishal Gaire, Executive Chairperson of Nepal Business Institute (NBI) and Coordinator of the Summit Organizing Committee, informed that the Summit will be attended by more than 500 people, including high-ranking political and administrative officials of the federal government, Chief Ministers of provinces, heads of local bodies, domestic and foreign experts, economists, banking experts, representatives of donor agencies, leaders of leading private sector organizations, chairmen/directors and high-ranking officials of banks and financial institutions, distinguished industrialists and businessmen, emerging youth and women, youth and women working in innovative sectors, youth involved in IT and digital technology, human resources returned from foreign employment, and students of higher education.
This year’s Summit, organized with the main slogan “Economy for a Sustainable and Resilient Future”, will focus on the burning issues seen in the economic, banking, industrial/business and high-potential sectors, and will involve intensive discussions, debates and interactions among domestic and foreign academics/experts in the relevant subjects/sectors, emerging youth and women entrepreneurs. The objective is to prepare a conclusion report containing the far-reaching and useful suggestions obtained from the debate sessions and hand it over to the governments at all three levels for proper implementation.
