The unveiling ceremony was graced by the Rt. The BYD ATTO 2 is now available in Nepal at an introductory price of NRs. 43.99 lakhs, inclusive of a 7kW wall-mounted charger.
CHUNKY SUV DESIGN IN A COMPACT FOOTPRINT
The BYD ATTO 2 mixes unmistakable SUV proportions with a compact and versatile design. Measuring 4,310 mm long, 1,830 mm wide, and 1,675 mm tall with a 2,620 mm wheelbase, the ATTO 2 offers an elevated 200 mm ground clearance – making it perfectly suited for both urban and suburban Nepali roads.
The BYD ATTO 2 is powered by the revolutionary BYD Blade Battery with a 51.13 kWh capacity, delivering a WLTP driving range of up to 345 km. Its 100 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor produces 290 Nm of torque, accelerating from 0–100 km/h in just 9 seconds.
Its dynamic exterior design is highlighted by full LED headlights, LED daytime running lights, a floating roofline, and a distinctive LED taillight bar, creating a bold and youthful road presence. At the rear, a distinctive roof spoiler sits above a full-width light bar that look like the number 8 and a Mobius Infinity Ring, signifying endless good luck.

Inside, the ATTO 2 combines style and practicality with synthetic leather upholstery, ventilated front seats, a 6-way power-adjustable driver seat, and a 4-way power-adjustable passenger seat. The spacious cabin benefits from a flat EV floor design, with 60/40 split rear seats enhancing cargo flexibility.
Technology is at the core of the ATTO 2 experience, featuring a 12.8” intelligent rotating touchscreen, Apple CarPlay® & Android Auto™ (wired & wireless), 8.8” LCD instrument cluster, voice assistant (English), and wireless smartphone charging.
BLADE BATTERY WITH CELL-TO-BODY INNOVATION
The all-new BYD ATTO 2 comes with BYD’s pioneering Blade Battery and advanced Cell-to-Body (CTB) construction—integrating the battery pack directly into the chassis for improved space efficiency, body rigidity, and passenger safety. Utilizing lithium iron phosphate (LFP) chemistry, the Blade Battery is free from cobalt and nickel, offering superior durability, resistance to extreme temperatures, and an exceptionally long lifecycle.
The Blade Battery sets industry benchmarks in safety, having passed the nail penetration test, while also offering durability, space efficiency, and long cycle life.
