Further Public Offering (FPO) Issue Management Agreement was signed today between Himalayan Bank Limited and Citizens Capital Limited in a program held at Kamaladi, Kathmandu. The agreement was signed by Mr. Ashoke SJB Rana who is the Chief Executive Officer of Himalayan Bank Limited and Mr. Sabir Bade Shrestha CEO of Citizens Capital Limited.
As per the agreement, Citizens Capital Limited (Subsidiary of Citizens Bank International Limited) will manage Further Public Offering of Himalayan Bank Limited.
