Itahari – JCB Nepal, under MAW Earthmovers Pvt. Ltd., successfully hosted the JCB Customer Appreciation Meet at Itahari, bringing together valued customers, association representatives, industry stakeholders and the JCB Nepal team.
The program was organized to appreciate and recognize the continued trust, support and partnership of JCB customers from the Koshi region. The event served as a platform to strengthen relationships with customers, acknowledge their contribution to JCB Nepal’s growth, and reaffirm the company’s commitment to reliable machines, strong after-sales support and long-term customer satisfaction.
A major highlight of the program was the formal appreciation and recognition of customers who have shown long-standing trust in JCB equipment, parts, service and AMC support. Customers were honored with appreciation certificates as a gesture of gratitude for their continued association with JCB Nepal.
The event also included the distribution of tokens of love to representatives of various associations, acknowledging their valuable role in supporting Nepal’s construction, heavy equipment, industrial and business sectors. Representatives from Nepal Heavy Equipment Association, construction associations, crusher associations, brick industry associations and local chambers of commerce were recognized during the ceremony.
Another key moment of the evening was the Key Handover Ceremony, where new JCB machine owners were formally handed over keys by the JCB Nepal team. The ceremony reflected the growing confidence of customers in JCB’s performance, durability and service network.
Adding further significance to the event, HEAN President Mr. Umakant Sharma made a surprise booking of the JCB 3DX Super Backhoe Loader, reinforcing the strong trust of the heavy equipment industry in JCB’s proven technology, performance and reliability.
Speaking at the event, JCB Nepal CEO Mr. Tej Prasad Subedi expressed heartfelt gratitude to all customers and partners present.
