Kathmandu : The Ncell Nepal Super League (NSL) has successfully wrapped up its highly anticipated C-Category Player Draft, ensuring all seven teams have secured promising young talents ahead of the upcoming season. A total of 94 players were shortlisted in the C-Category, out of which 27 were selected today, while Pokhara Thunders FC retained one player prior to the draft. Each franchise has finalized its roster by selecting four players who bring skill, passion, and potential to the league.
The draft followed a structured process to maintain fairness and competitiveness. The first round was determined by a lottery, setting the initial selection order from Team 1 to Team 7. A snake format was then implemented, meaning the order was reversed in alternating rounds. This ensured a balanced and strategic selection process, giving every team an opportunity to strengthen its squad with emerging talents.
